Our Digital Sales Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales activities, assisting in generating new business, implementing the sales strategies, and assisting in generating leads.

What you'll do

  • Assist in the execution of sales plans and strategies to generate new business to meet sales goals
  • Generate sales leads through cold calling prospects and sourcing through partnerships 
  • Manage key client relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities 
  • Travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners to develop key relationships 
  • Monitor client activity and report trends 
  • Create proposals 
  • Conduct needs qualification calls with prospects 
  • Assist in preparation of pitch decks 
  • Administration of enterprise sales platforms
  • Deal management and tracking 
  • Client and prospect communications 
  • Prospect analysis and qualification 
  • Anticipate consumer needs, and improve client satisfaction
  • Provide reporting and accurate sales forecasting 
  • Advise clients proactively and dissect business models and opportunities quickly

We know you are so much more than your resume-but to make sure you're set up for success for this role, we are looking for:

  • 2-5 years in the digital agency space acquiring new clients, building solutions, and client management 
  • Sales experience in digital website and web app building in manufacturing, healthcare, and/or education
  • Strong technology background and an understanding of web-based solutions 
  • Working knowledge of PHP-based technologies including Drupal, WordPress, Symfony, and Adobe Commerce 
  • Working knowledge of rising B2B eCommerce platforms 
  • Working knowledge of leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms  
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and problem solve 
  • Ability to connect with people on a personal and professional level
